0500 Departed Illwaco + crossed the Columbia Bar headed west. Motoring is terrible. Sailing Rough cannot make north. Heading to Grays Harbour. Radar died.
0200 Anchored at Grays Harbour. Started radar repairs. Went over and found entrance to Westport. Stopped at Float 6. Went for bread + local chart. Got bread + told where to beach boat.
0130 Finished changing the prop
0800 Got off the bottom. 3-bladed prop works very well. Headed out + north bound.

0600 Departed Neah Bay. Motored to Port Angeles.

Toured Shaw Island + Keith's home. Attended their 4th of July Parade
To Friday Harbour + stayed overnight.
1210 Departed Friday Harbour. Motored to near Jones Island. Tried sailing to Sucia Island. Attempted - - took a look at bay on eastside of Waldron Island. Motored on to Sucia Island + put ourselves on a mooring.

0730 Departed Sucia. Wind from east making moorage lumpy. Motored to Reid Harbour on Stuart Island.
Stayed at anchor in Reid Harbour. Hiked the trail looking for cell coverage. Only saw a small snake who had eaten lunch. Craig rowed out to the harbour entrance - no coverage.

1330 On the hook in Diver's Bay on Prevost Island. Crab traps attract us like fiberglass magnets. Ferry wakes not bad. Wind going around to the SE (exposed direction) Of course!
Stayed in Diver's Bay. Put some charge in the Battery. Saw seals on the rocks, ver close.

0930 Departed Montague Bay. Gave Porlier Pass a try. Came back to Clam Bay, Thetis Island.

0930 Departed Clam Bay. Headed for Dodd Narrows. Passed on rising tide at 1210. Nanaimo full due to weather. Motored to Departure Bay + just missed by landing seaplane. Sailed over to Howe Sound. Pleasant crossing made 6-8 knots.
1815 Tied up in Gibson Marina.
1010 Departed Gibson - Hot + clear light breeze. Motored around Gambier Island.
1410 On the hook in Halkett Bay.
Stayed Halkett Bay. Switched to plow anchor.
1105 Motored out of Halkett Bay, Gambier I. Sailed NW for a while. Motored on to Lasqueti I. Stayed Windy Bay to wait for wind from NW. Bad night.
0910 Departed Windy Bay. Motored + sailed and motor-sailed as needed.
